STEP 1

Meet & Estimate

Our team of trained experts comes out to see the space, and prepare a customized quote for your project. Once approved, we schedule the project, typially we only need 1 day.

STEP 2

Prep The Area

We start by covering any openings that won’t be sealed.  Emitters are then set up throughout the area to be sealed. All other equipment such as blower door, emitters, hoses, and the AeroBarrier machine are then set up by our trained team of experts.

STEP 3

Pressurize and Apply

Utilizing a blower door, we then pressurize the space. After that, a computer controls the entire sealant application process including controlling the pressure, temperature, humidity, and the distribution of sealant within the work space.

STEP 4

Sealing & Monitoring

See results in real time. This allows you to have complete control over your desired level of air tightness to achieve any level required. At the process end, a final blower door test is run verifying your sealing results. We then provided you with a Certificate of Completion showing pre /post seal leakage.
